Refund policy

Returns accepted for full refund only for manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase, and must be delivered to our retail location in Edmonton for evaluation.

Defects or damage caused by user will not be accepted. Returns not accepted for any other reason.

Refund will be processed only onto form of payment initially used for purchase, and will be completed once evaluation of manufacturers defect is complete, within 5 business days of receipt of returned item.
